BRILLIANT! Annoucement!

J.Rich Atlanta believes that better is possible & the future is bright in the City of Atlanta.  This belief, and our hope that greatness can serve a greater purpose, has encouraged us to start something new.
 
This past January 1st we began what we hope will be an opportunity for our clients to engage in the stories and work of some amazing people who are doing good in our city and around the world.  Naturally, we’re calling this experience Brilliant! & here is how it works…
 

1. You choose to work with J.Rich Atlanta and we get the amazing privilege of helping you buy or sell a home.
2. Next, we take 10% of J.Rich Atlanta’s revenue & give it to a non-profit partner who is making the world a brighter place to live.
3. Finally, once a quarter, we connect you back to the amazing work we were able to do together with our partners.That’s it...Brilliant!

 
In our first quarter, we partnered with charity:water, an organization that provides clean water solutions all over the world.  We are SO proud to announce that through this partnership, we are building a well in Ethiopia that will provide clean water to over 600 people who have never had access to it before.

Congrats Joseph + Kayla!

Our very own listing specialist Joseph Stagnaro and his wife Kayla bought their very first home in Reynoldstown earlier this week! They had the unique opportunity to design the finishes at their home and they did an amazing job. Their light filled modern bungalow is intentionally designed to maximize it’s 1,000 sq-ft while incorporating their personal design aesthetic. The black rod cabinet handles, herringbone back-splash, and black bullet lights are just a few details that make this home “stagnified”.
