Jonathan is the founder, innovator, & lead agent of J.Rich Atlanta. Jonathan loves people, renovating, and real estate. These passions bring a personalized, knowledgeable, and strategic approach to buying and selling homes. He lives in Kirkwood with his wife Callie and their six children. His faith and family are his priority and the compass by which he hopes to become a better agent and serve the community and city that he calls home. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys riding his bike, traveling, and drinking Dr. Pepper.

Callie Rich

Executive Director

Callie Rich is the J.Rich Atlanta Executive Director. Her role is managing day-to-day business operations. She and Jonathan have been married for 14 years and live in Kirkwood with their six amazing kids. She is a labor & delivery nurse by profession and enjoys being a doula for friends. She loves gardening, traveling, and looking for secondhand treasures.

Dave Sanders

Lead Agent, Tucker

Dave is a proud Atlanta native with roots that go so far back in the Tucker community that he grew up in the house that his grandfather built. After years of living throughout some of Atlanta’s finest communities he’s found his way back home to Tucker; now with his wife Michele, sons Eston and Penn, and last but not least their beloved pitbull Otis. There’s nothing that Dave holds more dear in his heart than his family (and Clemson football!) Dave became an agent due to his passion for real estate, love for the city, and most importantly to set an example for his children; to show them that when you follow your heart and treat people with respect, you can help build communities where families are proud to raise their future generations. When not working, Dave and his wife love exploring the city and the abundance of delicious restaurants, traveling and watching all things sports related.

Jarred Bone

Lead Agent, Southwest Atlanta

Jarred Bone brings a sincere, intentional, and knowledgeable approach to selling intown Atlanta real estate . For the past 11 years, Jarred Bone's guidance has enabled his clients to secure 100's of millions of dollars of real estate equity. He has proudly lived in Adair Park since 2012. Jarred is driven by his love of community and desire to make Atlanta the greatest city in the world. In his free time Jarred loves researching Atlanta history, biking the Beltline every morning, listening to Bruce Springsteen records, and eating cheese slices of pizza.

Carmen Coe

Lead Agent, Trilith

Carmen is our lead agent for Midtown, Virginia Highlands areas. Carmen & her husband bought a 96-year old home in Midtown and remodeled it to fit their family of 6 while still maintaining the home's original character. She loves helping other people do the same. Previously Carmen was a label manager on Music Row in Nashville and then handled client relations for a design studio in NYC. She has an eye for design and deep appreciation for all things restored. (But new things inspired by old things makes her happy too!) Carmen and her husband love to travel, are loyal to their college football teams, and love building Atlanta to be a successful, thriving, diverse city.

Will Dodgen

Creative Director

Will is the Creative Director at J.Rich Atlanta. He sees the world through the lens of community by producing films, photos and experiences all for the purpose of cherishing the people in his life well. An Atlanta Native, Will believes in this city and the people in it. He’s excited for the future and watching the city of Atlanta impact the world! Will enjoys playing sports, eating too much food, and a good dad joke.

Connie Finn

Administrative Support

Connie has a degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina. After retiring as an administrative assistant and bookkeeper with Gwinnett County Schools, she joined J.Rich Atlanta to serve as administrative support for the team. She and her husband, Bob, moved into the city from the suburbs in 2017 after much encouragement from her daughter and son-in-law. They have completely embraced life in the city and love their renovated bungalow in Kirkwood. In her spare time, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her seven grandchildren, the Rich kids.
