Excited and Inspired...
With the official launch of Brilliant! last month, there has been a lot of excitement buzzing around our office. The stories we get to share about the impact people are having in our communities, is so amazing and exciting...
A couple weeks ago we had the opportunity to meet with one of our partners, The East Lake Foundation. We left our meeting feeling inspired, challenged, and excited. We can not wait to share more with you about how The East Lake Foundation is working to break the cycle of inter-generational poverty through holistic re-development.
To learn more about The East Lake Foundation and how they came to be - make sure to read their story here on the Brilliant! stories page!

Our Clients are pretty amazing...
One of our recent clients renovated their kitchen on their own and we think they did an amazing job! Their choice of marble counter tops, the glass tile back-splash, and custom cabinets are the perfect addition to create a light and clean space. Also, the pendant over the sink creates a custom design to make this kitchen one of a kind!
Feel inspired as you look through the photos below. Who knows, maybe you will get some ideas for your very own kitchen!

Mixed-Use Development in Reynoldstown!
Friends, we have been talking a lot aboutthe development along memorial drive -specifically, The Atlanta Dairies and The Atlantic Shopping Center - which is all very exciting. To add to this momentum of growth and development, Reynoldstown just voted (almost unanimously) YES to a major mixed-use project that will be along The Atlanta Beltline....brilliant!
Check out the development plans...
“Under the developer’s plan, the old Leggett and Platt facility would be replaced by a grocery store, an eight-screen theater, a fitness center, an office, other shops and restaurants, and apartments and condos for about 700 new neighbors. Several renderings showing different site configurations have popped up in the past few weeks; the images here are the most recent. (If you’re wondering, the development’s name is a tribute to Madison Reynolds, the 19th century landowner after whom the neighborhood is named.) ”
The neighborhood is most concerned about parking and creating a more "walk-able" community. You will notice in the above drawing the attention to pedestrian traffic and the parking along the outskirts of the development. Also you can see there are plans for a grocery, movie theater, fitness area, office space, retail space, and multi-family housing.
This is huge for the community of Reynoldstown - our very own Joseph Stagnaro and his wife Kayla, just moved to this community and they both have expressed how excited they are for this development.
Exciting things are happening!!!
