About a year ago we met Jesse. Jesse was helping his mother who was ill sell her home in Oakhurst so she could move to a new home and pay for the necessary care she needed. We had the amazing opportunity to connect Jesse with POP Custom Homes who purchased the home for a price slightly above market value. We eliminated any closing costs or commissions Jesse’s mom might have had to pay otherwise,& we all began work on the new historically inspired masterpiece at 234 Winter Ave in Oakhurst!
